I know it isn't one of those brilliant red-orange sunsets but it caught my eye anyway. I love that it is a soft pastel pink and a lighter shade of blue.
During a sunset light travels through more atmosphere. If the air is polluted with small particles Blue Light becomes scattered and is unable to pass through the extra distance and reach our eyes., ,This leaves only the red light which passes through the atmosphere and reaches our eyes in a direct line with little or no scattering.

Today Michael is 17 years old. He looks like such an angel. I took this picture while they were lighting the candles on his cake. Not sure what he is doing to his brother but I know it must have hurt. LOL.

Still our most popular seller on Valentine's Day....One Dozen Roses....Most popular color was RED....Pink was probably second. We sold them for $75.00 per dozen and no one even batted an eye at the price. I worked into the late hours of the evening actually I worked through the evening until 3:00 am.
